Tip 1:  Take care of yourself!

Tip 2: Plan your time well

If you’re going for a Life Coach course, you may already know how important a schedule is. It’s best to start your education with a plan in mind. For best results, you can set goals for yourself. That way, you can easily see you’re moving forward and closer to success

Tip 3: Make your study sessions short and intense

Tip 4: Pick the perfect spot

Do you feel calm outside, maybe on a sunny bench in the park? Or are you more content alone on your balcony? Maybe even relaxing on your couch. Tip 6: Keep moving

Movement is a breath of fresh air for your brain. Go for a jog, or a walk. I’ve found I’m at my best after a quick swim. Sports also help keep you healthy- and as a bonus, they're a wonderful willpower boost!. Discover the surprising benefits of sports in our Personal Coach program!

When planning your session, it’s best to set goals that are achievable. How many chapters do you want to cover today? What do you want to do by the end of the day? Set a realistic target and write it down. Then just keep your eye on the prize and get started!

Tip 8: Spend time with your fellow students

If you’re in a group course, you’re surrounded by people who want the same thing you do- a diploma and success in a new career. You have a valuable opportunity to bond with them. Take a trip together – in addition to making new friends, you can all motivate each other and keep moving forward!
