After teacher Jeroen Offergelt had worked in the hotel sector for years, the urge to start up his own business became too great: Patty Cake was born and the bakery has since grown into a culinary concept in Antwerp.

Jeroen's know-how and experience make him the ideal teacher to supervise the courses Baking Cupcakes, Making Cakes and Starting Your Own Catering. He teaches the students of our educational institution everything about how and what to bake and present colorful pastries. He has incorporated the knowledge and experience from his hotel past and the catering industry into the practical courses Hotel Manager and Starting a Bed & Breakfast.
